Meet Marie Henry, SPHR

Marie is the founder of Higher Executive Search, a Washington-based certified Women Business Enterprise and King County SCS firm. She brings more than 15 years of corporate HR and employee-relations experience, an MBA in Human Resources Management, and a practical understanding of the people challenges organizations face.

Her work combines strategic HR counsel, relationship-centered recruiting, leadership development, and early workplace-conflict intervention.
